Kevin locked the door and began to turn invisible while turning around, Kevin had not the time nor the will to worry about Jonny right now. He knew how Johnny thought and he had no doubt he could capture him again at any time.
Johnny was far to weak to lift himself up let alone stand by himself, the food he'd been fed for the last two weeks was most likely only keeping him alive for Kevin to suck out his power. Johnny was weak and mentally confused, he needed medical attention and fast, how he would explain falling from the sky onto a car's roof no one could know.

Angel finally got Johnny to the hospital. "Help! He's dieing!" She said as she brought him in. Suddenly doctors and nurses ran over and carried him to the e.r. Before they had come, Angel had enough time to pull in her wings. Now she was sitting in a chair, waiting.

Johnny was having lung failer from inproper diet and his had protien and vitiman deficiency, he was given CPR to revive him while he was hooked up to an IV with the proper steriods to boost his systems protien levels. The doctor performing the entire operation noticed he had needle marks but assumed he was just an average street junkie.

Johnny was finally stabilized after half an hour of constant struggle, Johnny had one broken rib and four other cracked. Johnny's arm was broken with a fracture to his shoulder, he had various other nicks and scratchs but none urgent enough to be of worry.
Johnny was taken and placed in a room, an IV in his arm and a heart rate monitor at his bed side, Johnny slept in peace with the drugs pumped into his system to relieve the pain.

"Can I see him?" Angel asked a doctor after seeing Johnny placed in a room.

The nurse was working on Johnny's IV and checking his monitors as Johnny laid unconscious in his bed, Johnny's heart rate was steady but still weak. Considering all he's been threw it wasnt unusual for him to be balancing on the life line like he was.

Angel walked slowly into the room and sat in a chair near him. Tears streamed her face as she thought about her sister who was missing and the face that Johnny could die.

Johnny lied in the bed with the only sound to be heard was the beeping and pumping of the machines and monitors, Johnny's heart rate was steady which a good sign was and his protein levels were back up.
Johnny’s chest moved up and down as he breathed while laying in the bed unconscious, the doctors couldn’t tell when he’d wake up or if he would. But he had a low level of brain trauma due to his body taking most of the brute force of what ever happened to him.

The room was dimly lit, unusual for patient’s room but maybe it was the gloom which loomed over the hospital on this particular day which was causing the depressing aura. Doctors, nurses orderlies all the usual variety of people who you’d expect to be roaming the hospital doing there job, it seemed like they didn’t care about him, Johnny, maybe its because there’s so many other. Others who’ve suffered their fair shares of pain, don’t be selfish Johnny, you not the only one in pain.
It’s a Hospital, remember, their just doing their job. Helping those in need, why are you still here Johnny? Why are you sleeping? Wake up now, its time for you to live, live Johnny.
A monitor beeps, pacing faster and faster, the beep has become a full note. Wake up dammit.
Johnny’s heart rate monitor begins beeping faster and faster, the line drops and the beep screeches across the room. Nurses rush into the room followed by Johnny’s doctor, they rip open his shirt performing various medical treatments, the usual, they call for the paddles. The doctor charges them, “CLEAR!” he shouts as he stamps the paddles to Johnny’s chest.
Johnny’s body jumps from the muscles reflex from the shock, “Clear!” they shout as he stamps him with the paddles yet again. The monitor beeps, Johnny’s heart rate is stabilized, Johnny’s living again. The nurses fix Johnny’s bed and lie him comfortably again, his IV is fixed with medication and the doctors mark his chart. Just a minor emergency, was it, of course it was Johnny. Keep reminding yourself, your going to live, your unbreakable.

Angel screamed as Johnny started to die. She jumped up as the nurses and docters rushed in. After all the commotion was done, she wiped her tears away, held Johnny's hand and sat in the chair next to him.

Johnny's vitals were finally starting to increase, his condition becoming less worse. Johnny was breathing steadily and his immune system was growing stronger, though he was still unconscious threw out most of the day, even when he was conscious he could not speak nor could he respond because it hurt far to much to move.
So Johnny lied in the hospital bed, soundly sleeping, while those around him tended to his wounds and kept him living another day. Even in his state, Johnny was aware, aware that he had to pull threw and live. Johnny was fighting to live, he wouldnt give up, no matter what.

Throughout the days Johnny laid in the bed, fighting for life, she only left once. That was to do a quick search for her sister. When she came back to the hospital, she bought a book to read and a balloon so when Johnny awoke, she could give it to him.

It was the middle of the morning, the sun was shining and the nurses and doctors went about their daily business. Why is today special? Well its not, today was just like any other day, people were still going about their lives doing their jobs and acting the same they always do. Maybe its because what is to happen to today is what makes it special, well special for one person.
The heart rate monitor was beeping at its usual steady pace, no changes; atleast thats what one would think. The light was so bright it could blind someone, but he kept his eyes open. He tried to look around but he was still to weak to even lift his own headl he wasnt smiling, but thats because he's strapped to a hospital bed.
But on the inside Johnny Hurricane was glad to be alive, not that he ever doubted he'd live.
Johnny looked around the room with his body numb from the medication and the pain, he couldnt see much because he couldnt turn his head. But seeing not much was better then seeing nothing, in his opinion.
